About Dr. Abate
Dr. Kathleen Abate is an accomplished and experienced Advanced General Dentist. She graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry with awards in Oral Surgery, Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry in 1994 as well as an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
She then completed a 1 year Internship Residency at Detroit Receiving Hospital where she gained experience surgically placing implants, advancing her skills in oral surgery and her knowledge in medicine.
As a practicing dentist, Dr. Abate later attained additional certifications in Orthodontics (Braces), Oral Conscious Sedation and Collagen Injections of the lips and face.
